Forbeast Data Deletion Instructions
Summary
You can ask us to delete the data Forbeast holds about you at any time. Message the Page or send us an email. We delete your data within 30 days of your request and confirm when it is done.
What gets deleted
When you ask us to delete your data, we delete the subscriber record we hold for you: your Page-scoped user ID, name, profile picture, tags, custom fields, and your conversation history. We also remove any order details we saved about you. See our Privacy Policy for the full list of what we collect.
Option 1: Message the Page
- Open Messenger and go to the Facebook Page you messaged.
- Send the message
delete my data. - We reply with a confirmation code. Keep it for your records.
Option 2: Send us an email
- Email hello@forbeast.app.
- Put “Delete my data” in the subject line.
- Include your Facebook name and the name of the Page you messaged, so we can find your record.
- We reply with a confirmation code. Keep it for your records.
If you logged in with Facebook
If you logged in to Forbeast with Facebook, you can also remove the app from your Facebook account:
- On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy > Settings.
- Open Apps and websites.
- Find Forbeast in the list and choose Remove.
Removing the app stops it from accessing your Facebook account. To have the data we already hold deleted, also use Option 1 or Option 2 above.
What happens next
- We reply to your request with a confirmation code.
- We delete your data within 30 days of your request.
- We confirm to you when the deletion is complete. You can quote your confirmation code if you contact us about it.
Your rights and contact
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you also have the right to access and correct your data and to object to how it is used. Email hello@forbeast.app to use these rights.
