Forbeast Privacy Policy
Summary
- Forbeast is a Messenger chatbot platform. When you message a Facebook Page that uses Forbeast, we receive and store your message so the Page can reply.
- We keep your Messenger details (ID, name, profile picture, messages) only for the Page's service to you.
- We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
- You can ask us to delete your data at any time. See our Data Deletion page. We delete it within 30 days of your request.
1. Who we are
Forbeast is owned and run by LIKHA DIGITAL TRADING INC. (“we”, “us”), a business in the Philippines.

2. What Forbeast does
- Connects Facebook Pages that we own and manage.
- Receives the messages people send to those Pages on Messenger.
- Replies automatically (through flows and keyword triggers) or through our staff.
- Stores subscribers, with tags and custom fields, so we can organise conversations.
- Sends broadcast messages, only inside Meta's 24-hour messaging window.
- Can capture order details (name, phone number, address, items) and save them to our Google Sheet.
- Hosts images used in replies on our own image server.
3. Information we collect

Page access tokens belong to our Pages, not to you. We keep them on the server only. We commit to encrypting them at rest.
4. How we use it
- To answer your messages and run the chatbot.
- To handle your orders and requests.
- To send you messages you asked for, within Meta's rules.
- To keep the service secure and working.
We do not sell your data. We do not build advertising profiles from it.
5. Who we share it with
- Meta: to send and receive Messenger messages.
- Google: Google Sheets, only for order capture that we set up.
- Our hosting provider: to run the servers that store the data.
We do not share your data with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
We keep conversation and subscriber data while the Page stays connected to Forbeast, or until you ask us to delete it. When you ask, we delete your data within 30 days.
7. Your rights under Philippine law
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct data that is wrong or out of date.
- Erase (delete) your data.
- Object to how we process your data.

8. Security
We keep Page access tokens on the server side only, and we commit to encrypting them at rest.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
